Black & White Vogue Paris

As I was back home for the Christmas holidays, I flicked through my archives of vintage French Vogue, and found that collector issue, dedicated to Kate Moss – December 2005 – ok not THAT vintage – with this gorgeous editorial from photographer Patrick Demarchelier and talented stylist Marie-Amélie Sauvé

Although I’m not the biggest fan of shorts, the black and white photos, poetic and romantic outfits and subdued light completely fascinated me and inspired me a series of drawings around the theme.

Here is one of Sasha wearing Levi’s shorts, silk  jacket, shirt and pendant from Nicolas Guesquière for Balenciaga. On the other hand, Freja is wearing a Diesel jacket, Lagerfeld Gallery shirt, Zucca shorts, Nuits de Satin lingerie and Judy Blame jewellery.
